This depends on how many of you require us to be your guarantor.
If just you then no, the guarantee only covers your portion of the rent. When you are applying you will need to enter the amount of rent you're responsible for on a monthly basis.
If there are two of you or more requiring our services, you must submit a joint application and enter your combined rental amount. The total fee will be split equally between you all.
