I don’t take deposits, will you still guarantee my tenants?

Our service gives you infinitely greater security over the traditional rent deposit that a Landlord may hold. We provide protection for up to £10,000 of monthly rent, with a maximum limit of £120,000 for any arrears situation. 

Whilst it is not a legal requirement for a Landlord to take a deposit, our terms, unless pre-written approval is provided, do require a deposit to be collected, or for a deposit alternative insurance product to have been purchased.  This is to protect the landlord for costs incurred that are not related to rent arrears.
