Can I still apply if I have poor credit?

Each application is assessed on a case-by-case basis. During the application review process, you may be asked to provide additional information or documentation in relation to your CCJ or IVA.
You may need to provide documents which show who the CCJ is with and what it is for.

If you don't have this, not to worry, you can contact the County Court where the judgement is lodged and they'll be able to provide you with the narrative on the CCJ which will show this information. They usually can email this to you within 24 hours of request.

An IVA is usually not a problem as long as you are able to provide us with the following documents.

IVA Agreement: Copy of the agreement document which outlines the details of the IVA - How much it is for, the creditors involved in the IVA, the duration & agreed monthly payments

Bank Statements: Last 3 months bank statements showing the agreed IVA monthly payments being made.
