You must always tell us of the event and give us full details of the circumstances so that we can have a professional discussion with the tenant on your behalf.
However, as per the terms and conditions of the agreement with RentGuarantor Limited our product is not an alternative to good, professional, day to day business management. If there are repairs required on your property please ensure these are attended to in a timely matter which should help resolve this dispute.
