1 - Proof of Study: We will require one of the following documents:
New Students- Email or Letter from the University confirming you’ve accepted a place
- Letter/Email is to be issued by the University, it must display the University Insignia, be signed and dated within the last three months.
- Email or Letter from UCAS confirming that you have accepted an unconditional offer of a place.
- Email or Letter from your Student Services Department or Administration Department confirming you are a current student (dated within the last 3 months)
- Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) Letter
2 - Proof of Funds: Depending on the rental amount, we may require one of the following documents:
Scholarships or Grants
- Student Finance confirming entitlement for the current Academic Year
- A Grant or Scholarship Award Letter confirming entitlement for the current Academic Year and dated within the last 3 months
- Last three months' payslips, showing name and payment amount. If this is unavailable due to parents being abroad and not having pay slips, a copy of their last 3 months of bank statements IN FULL with their income clearly highlighted.
- Last three months bank statements showing parent/parents monthly income being paid in, we may ask for recent invoices
- Last years or the most recent Tax Return
