Once we've reviewed your application and provided you with pre-approval, you will need to provide us with the following information:
Accommodation Details:
- New rental property address and postal code
- The portion of the monthly rent you are responsible for
- Landlord or Estate Agent Name (and Contact person)
- A telephone number for Landlord or Estate Agent
- Email address for Landlord or Estate Agent
You can provide this information by logging into your account and updating your application.
Once we receive this information we'll send a copy of our agreement by email to the Agent or Landlord for signing. Once they have done so, a copy of this will then be forwarded to you to sign also.
