In receipt of Universal Credit?

Your last 3 months of FULL Universal Credit Statements detailing the calculation of your benefits.

In order to send the full UC statements you can either:

Screenshots: Take "extended" or "full page" screenshots which scrolls down as you are taking the screenshot so the full webpage is taken in the one UC statement.

PDF: When you're within your UC account there should be a "Print Statement" option. Open the UC statement, press Ctrl+P to open the Print dialog and change the destination printer to “Save as PDF”. Hit the “Print” button and the webpage will download as a PDF document. You can then attach this pdf to your application.


If you have not been in receipt of universal credit for a full 3 months, you can upload your Award Letter, showing your entitlement and when these benefits will start.  You can also provide a screenshot of the summary screen from within your online universal credit account, showing any pending payments.

 

In receipt of EESA/Child Tax Credits/Working Tax Credits etc.?

  • Last three months bank statements showing your benefits being paid to you
